Terms for using Xandertribe.
These terms explain how accounts, learning programmes, paid offers, cancellations, refunds, and credentials work.
Website terms effective 27 September 2026; RescueSim customer-service supplement recorded 17 October 2026. These terms apply when you use the Xandertribe website, account, learning services, or a paid offer. The legal seller for RescueSim purchases is identified in the RescueSim policy below. Use the support and contact pathway for questions, cancellation or refund requests. Existing credential records retain the issuer printed on the credential.
Commercial inquiries are not purchases
A sales, enrollment, quotation, partnership, or support inquiry is not itself a purchase, payment obligation, enrollment, or credential decision. A displayed price or inquiry does not reserve a place.
Offers, prices, and payment
An offer is available for purchase only when its checkout is open. Before you submit payment, checkout must identify the programme and version, included services, total price, currency, payment method, and any applicable taxes or additional charges. Prices are charged in the currency shown at checkout. A displayed price or inquiry does not reserve a place or create an enrollment.
Payments are handled by the payment provider shown at checkout. Xandertribe does not ask you to send payment-card details by email or through the contact form. An order becomes paid only after the provider confirms the transaction. We will provide an electronic order confirmation or receipt using the account or contact details supplied for the order.
Enrollment and access
A signed-in account alone does not establish enrollment, progress, completion, or credential eligibility. Enrollment is created for the specific offer and programme version after confirmed payment or an authorized written waiver. Access is for the enrolled learner and may not be resold, shared, or transferred without written approval.
Cancellation and refunds
For RescueSim purchases, the legal seller is Xandertribe Response Services, operating in Trinidad and Tobago.
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase, provided no module has started. This does not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
For instructor-led Module 14, one reschedule is free with at least 24 hours’ notice. Partial-delivery requests are assessed individually, considering services delivered, technical failures and service cancellation.
After a confirmed full refund, access for the refunded enrollment is withdrawn. For a partial refund, the decision explicitly records which access remains or is withdrawn. Unrelated enrollments, completion evidence and issued credentials are preserved.
Support and refund requests: support@xandertribe.org. Brent Murphy monitors these requests, with an acknowledgement target of within two business days.
The seller is not VAT-registered. No VAT is added to the displayed RescueSim prices.
Policy recorded 17 October 2026. Earlier purchases retain the terms in effect when the order was placed. Payment-provider processing time may affect when an approved refund appears.
Include the order reference and offer in a refund request; do not send passwords or payment-card details. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment provider or payment method where possible.
Learning and credentials
Participation, assessment, attendance, practical competency, completion approval, credential eligibility, and credential issuance are separate decisions governed by the requirements for the specific programme version. Payment or enrollment does not guarantee successful completion, a passing result, or credential issuance. For RescueSim, the Certificate of Participation is tied to completion of the first 13 didactic modules; the Certificate of Completion requires the full 14-module programme, including its applicable assessment and practical requirements.
Acceptable use and materials
Do not bypass access controls, access another person’s private information, interfere with platform operation, misuse credential-verification links, or misrepresent a credential’s status. Xandertribe course materials, software, simulations, branding, and original content may not be copied, redistributed, resold, or used to create competing materials except as permitted by written license or applicable law.
Service changes and liability
We may update or withdraw an offer before purchase. If a material change affects an order already paid, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, including a refund where the promised service cannot be delivered. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or a consumer right that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
Governing law and updates
Applicable law depends on your location and the transaction. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. We may update these terms; the version in effect when you place an order applies to that order unless the law requires otherwise. Material changes will be dated on this page.
