Privacy
How Xandertribe handles your information.
This notice covers public-site activity, support requests, accounts, learning records, paid offers, and credential verification.
Effective 27 September 2026. Xandertribe Response Systems (“Xandertribe”) operates this website and the related learning services. Use the support and contact pathway for privacy requests or questions.
Commercial inquiries
When you submit a sales, enrollment, partnership, or support request, we use the details you provide to review, route, and answer it; sending a request does not itself create a purchase or enrollment.
Information we use
- Support and enrollment requests: your name, email, optional organization and phone number, message, request category, source page, and consent so we can respond and maintain business records.
- Account and learning: account identifiers supplied by our sign-in service, enrollment and programme version, module progress, assessment responses and evidence, attendance, instructor notes, completion decisions, and credential records needed to provide and govern training.
- Orders and payments: offer, price, currency, order status, payment provider, transaction or provider reference, refund status, and receipt details. Payment-card credentials are entered with the payment provider; Xandertribe does not intend to store full card numbers or card security codes.
- Website operation: limited first-party commercial events such as page views and selected calls to action, including event name, page path, optional product reference, and referring host. These events do not include a visitor’s name or email and are not used to create a persistent advertising identifier.
- Security and verification: infrastructure security logs and the limited facts shown when someone checks a credential through its secure verification link.
Commercial analytics
The website records limited first-party events such as page views and selected commercial calls to action, including event name, page path, optional product reference, and referring host.
Why we use it
We use information to answer requests, create and secure accounts, deliver programmes, track learning and assessment, make completion and credential decisions, process and reconcile orders and refunds, issue receipts, prevent fraud or misuse, maintain required records, and improve the website. We do not expose private learning records, assessment evidence, contact details, or administrative notes on public catalogue pages or public credential-verification pages.
Service providers and payment information
We use service providers to operate the platform. Clerk provides account authentication; Render hosts the application; and our configured database provider stores application records. When you choose a payment method, the provider shown at checkout (such as PayPal or the hosted card processor) receives the information needed to authorize and settle the transaction under its own privacy terms. Xandertribe receives payment status and transaction references so it can provision access, issue a receipt, reconcile the order, and process an eligible refund. Providers may process information in other countries under their terms and applicable safeguards.
Sharing and disclosure
We disclose information to the service providers described above, authorized instructors or administrators who need it to deliver or govern your programme, and authorities or other parties where required by law or necessary to protect people, rights, or platform security. We do not sell personal information or use third-party advertising cookies on the public website.
Retention and your choices
We retain support, account, learning, credential, order, refund, and security records for as long as needed to provide services, maintain programme and transaction records, address disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the platform. Retention varies by record type. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the support pathway. We will assess each request and explain where a record must be retained for an operational, safety, credential, legal, or transaction reason.
Security and changes
Protected routes use server-side authorization and encrypted connections. We limit public access to private learning and credential information and separate order status from completion and credential decisions. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We will update this notice when our data practices materially change and display the revised effective date here.
